About Texas Quality Assurance
At Texas Quality Assurance, we know that compliance and quality management can seem daunting—especially for small industrial businesses. Founded on principles of integrity, proactivity, and hard work, we exist to simplify ISO and API compliance, turning stressful processes into smooth, manageable systems that help your business thrive.
Our Story
Texas Quality Assurance (TQA) was founded in 2013 by Kyle Chambers, a seasoned professional in quality assurance with over a decade of experience. Prior to establishing TQA, Kyle collaborated with notable organizations such as DEKRA North America and ASQ, and is a certified ISO 9001 lead QMS auditor.
Recognizing the challenges small industrial businesses face with complex compliance processes, Kyle developed TQA Cloud, an innovative software solution designed to streamline quality management systems. This platform integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365, offering modules for document control, QMS management, competence and training, calibration and maintenance, among others.
In 2016, Caleb Adcock joined TQA and has been instrumental in advancing TQA Cloud's development. His expertise ensures the software remains user-friendly, secure, and effective in simplifying compliance for small businesses.
TQA is built upon four guiding principles: Integrity, Proactivity, Hard Work, and Commitment. These values shape how the company conducts business and contribute to its ongoing success.
To further support clients, TQA launched the #QualityMatters podcast in 2019, initially hosted by Kyle and Darci Chambers. The podcast aims to make quality management approachable by exploring best practices, industry insights, and compliance topics with practical tips and a touch of humor.
Today, Texas Quality Assurance continues to empower small businesses by simplifying ISO and API compliance, offering expert consulting, user-friendly QMS software, and personalized internal audits.

Kyle Chambers - Founder & CEO
Kyle Chambers brings extensive experience and passion to Texas Quality Assurance. Having personally navigated the challenges of ISO and API compliance, he created TQA Cloud to simplify quality management for other small businesses. Kyle believes deeply in supporting clients by sharing his knowledge and experience. Today, he is actively involved with clients, personally ensuring each receives tailored, meaningful guidance through consulting and Fractional Quality Management support.
Caleb Adcock - QMS Software Manager
Caleb Adcock joined TQA in 2016 and has served as the QMS Software Manager since 2021. Caleb is the driving force behind the ongoing development and innovation of TQA Cloud, continuously improving user experience, functionality, and integration. His expertise ensures TQA Cloud remains user-friendly, secure, and effective in simplifying compliance for small businesses.
